Voices in the night

1 Samuel 3:1-21

God called Samuel's name. This was a new experience for him. Eli had to educate him in the ways of the Lord. God chose to give his message through a child. He could have spoken to Eli directly, we know that he was a man of God by his encounter with Samuel's mother. But no, God chose to give his message to Eli through his pupil.
