Psalm 119:145-176
Dear Lord, thank you for today and the knowledge of the fact that you are with me every second. Help me to be with every second too and not wander off into my own thoughts and ways.
Go forth now as God'servant. Remember God's presence often and draw strength from the knowledge that the One who calls and sends also sustains. (A Guide to Prayer but I think it is from elsewhere).
